Privacy policy
Short version: we collect what we need to make and deliver your dress, we don't sell it to anybody, and you can ask us to delete it.
What we collect
Only what you type into our forms: your name, email address, phone number, country, delivery address, wedding date, and any notes you add. If you apply as a creator we also store your platform and handle.
Why we collect it
To quote, to make the gown to your measurements, to ship it, and to reply to you. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not run behavioural tracking.
Who else sees it
When you send a form, a notification containing your name, country and enquiry is delivered to our team through Telegram so we can respond quickly. Telegram is a third-party service outside Vietnam. Beyond that and the courier who needs your delivery address, nobody outside Vivian sees your details. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone, for any price.
Cookies
One cookie remembers what you've put in your bag, for 60 days. The administration area uses a session cookie for staff logins. That is all — there is no Google Analytics on this site, no Facebook pixel, and no advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become orders are kept while there's a reasonable chance you'll come back to us, then deleted. Order records are kept longer because we need them for accounting and because brides come back years later asking about their gown.
Your rights
Write to [email protected] and ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We'll do it. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR gives you these rights explicitly; we apply the same standard to everyone regardless of where they live.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Our administration area is password-protected and access is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfect, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something.
