How can you make a dress for me if I'm not in Vietnam?
The same way we make one for a bride standing in our showroom — the fitting just happens differently. You send measurements taken to our guide, we check them against the design and come back to you if anything looks inconsistent. Before the balance is due we send a video of the finished gown so you see the real thing, not a photograph of a sample.
How do I get the measurements right?
Follow our measuring guide and have someone else take them — measuring yourself is where most errors come from. Send us photographs of the tape in place if you're unsure. Our head seamstress reviews every set of measurements before cutting; if something doesn't add up, we ask rather than guess.
How long does it take?
8-12 weeks in the atelier, plus 3–7 days in transit. Order at least four months before the wedding so there is room for local alterations at the end. Rush work is sometimes possible but always costs more, because it displaces other brides in the production schedule.
What is included in the price?
The gown itself: pattern drafted to your measurements, fabric, all handwork, internal structure and lining. Shipping is quoted separately based on destination. Import duties and taxes in your country are not included.
Can I visit the atelier?
Yes. We're at 106–108 Đường 3/2, Phường 12, Quận 10, TP. Hồ Chí Minh, open 9:00 – 21:00, seven days a week, and we've been at this one address since 1997. If you can't travel, book a video consultation instead — we'll walk you through fabrics and construction on camera. Both are free.
Do you make bridesmaid dresses and áo dài?
Yes. Bridesmaid dresses are made to each individual's measurements rather than generic sizes, which is why they hang properly in group photographs. We also make traditional Vietnamese áo dài and veils.
Do you supply salons and boutiques?
Yes — OEM and ODM, from our own designs or your sketches and tech packs. Minimum order quantities are low compared with factory sourcing because we are the atelier, not a trading house. See our wholesale page.
