Gowns with taste, honest prices · Buy or rent — try on freely in store
The process

Two payments. Six steps. No surprises.

You are being asked to spend real money with an atelier you have never walked into. This page exists so you know exactly what happens, and when — including the parts most overseas tailors leave out.

Free consultation and a written quote

Send us your date, your venue and the photographs you keep coming back to. We reply with a design direction and a price, in writing. This costs nothing and commits you to nothing — no card, no deposit, no pressure.

You pay: nothing

Production deposit holds your slot

Bridal ateliers work to capacity. When you accept the quote, a 50% deposit reserves your place in the schedule and buys your fabric. The remaining balance stays with you.

Measurements — taken by you, verified by us

You get a measuring kit and a video walkthrough. We check your numbers against each other, and if anything is inconsistent we book a short video call and measure with you. A master tailor signs off before scissors touch fabric. This is the single step that decides whether a remote gown works.

Your gown is cut and made

8-12 weeks on our own floor, by tailors who have made bridal here since 1997. We film your fabric going on and send progress photographs as it takes shape.

QC film — and you say yes or no

Front, back, closure, hem, lining, train, and the gown on a form in daylight. You look at it properly before anyone asks you for another cent. If it isn’t right, it doesn’t ship.

Balance, then it flies to you

Once you have approved the film, the balance is due. Your gown ships by DHL with tracking, boxed for travel, usually 3–7 days door to door. Import duty in your country is yours — we tell you what to expect before you order.

The honest limits

Every remote atelier that tells you there is no risk is selling you something. Here is what we can and cannot promise.

What brides worry aboutWhat we actually do
“The photo won’t match what arrives.” Every gown is photographed and filmed on a form before it ships. You approve that footage before paying the balance.
“The measurements will be wrong.” You measure with a video guide; we cross-check the numbers against each other and ask for a video call if anything is inconsistent. A master tailor signs off before cutting.
“It won’t fit perfectly.” Most brides still need a small local alteration — usually hem and bust. Budget for it. A remote fitting reduces risk; it does not replace standing in the gown.
“I won’t be able to get it fixed from abroad.” If something is genuinely our error we remake or remedy it. If it is a fit preference, we contribute to your local alteration cost rather than shipping the gown back and forth.
“Who am I even sending money to?” A registered Vietnamese business with a physical atelier you can visit and a team you can see on film. Ask us for a live video walk-through any time.
“What about customs?” Shipping is complimentary; import duty and tax in your country are yours. We declare honestly and tell you the likely amount up front.

Start with a conversation, not a deposit

A video fitting costs you nothing and tells you more than any photograph will.
