One address, one workroom, since 1997
Vivian Bridal is a made-to-order bridal atelier in Ho Chi Minh City. We have been cutting gowns for close to three decades — long enough to have dressed the daughters of brides we dressed at the start. Everything sold under our name is cut and sewn on our own floor, by people we employ.
How it started
Vivian opened on 19 August 1997 at 106–108 Đường 3/2, Phường 12, Quận 10, TP. Hồ Chí Minh. It is the same address today. What began as a small workroom making one-off designs grew into an atelier, but the working method did not change: patterns drafted for one body, cut by hand, finished by hand.
Staying in one place for that long is not sentimentality. It means the people who sew our gowns have been doing it for years, and that a bride who needs an alteration in ten years' time will still find us here.

What we set out to do
Make a gown that fits one person properly, at a price that reflects the work rather than the address of a showroom.
- Cut for one body: Every pattern is drafted to your measurements. Our head seamstress reviews each set before anything is cut, and asks questions when the numbers do not agree with each other.
- Materials we can name: European silks, hand-worked lace, and internal structure — corsetry, boning, lining — built to hold shape through a long day, not just a photograph.
- The same people, start to finish: The person who takes your brief is still involved when the gown is boxed. Nothing is subcontracted to a factory we do not control.

How we intend to keep working
Preserve the handwork, keep learning, and train the people who will still be doing this after us.
- Handwork stays handwork: Appliqué placed by eye, beading set by hand, three-dimensional flowers cut one at a time. A heavily worked bodice can take hundreds of hours, and there is no machine that shortens it.
- International shapes, our own detail: We follow what is happening in bridal worldwide, but the surface work draws on Vietnamese craft. The combination is the reason brides fly here.
- Training the next bench: We take on and train young makers. An atelier that does not teach is one generation from closing.
Come and see the work
Whether you want something quiet or something that fills a room, the conversation starts the same way: what you like, what you are comfortable in, and what you can spend. We will tell you honestly if a shape will not work on you, which is not the answer every salon gives.
Book a fitting at the showroom, or a video consultation if you are overseas. Both are free.
“A wedding dress is a dream woven in silk, embroidered by the way someone looks at you, and finished by the smile of being happy.”

What makes us different
Limited runs: Each design is made in small numbers, so you are unlikely to meet your own gown at someone else's wedding.
Measured properly: Millimetre measurement and 3D mapping, checked by a person before cutting. The aim is a gown that sits like a second skin without needing rescue at the last fitting.
A 500m² showroom you can visit: In District 10, open seven days. You are welcome to arrive, touch the fabrics, and meet the people who will make your dress.
“Beauty is not an accident — it is the product of patience, attention, and the hand of the person making it.”
