How payment works
You never pay to talk to us, and you never pay for a gown you haven't seen finished. Everything below is in US dollars.
Nothing to enquire
Consultation and quotation cost nothing. No card details, no deposit, no obligation. If the quote doesn't suit you, that is the end of it.
50% deposit to begin
Once you accept the written quote, a 50% deposit reserves your place in the production schedule and pays for the fabric. Cutting starts after this. Your measurements are verified by our head seamstress before a single piece is cut.
The balance, after you've seen it
When the gown is finished we send you a video of the real garment. You approve it, then pay the balance, and only then does it ship. The order in which those three things happen is deliberate.
Currency and bank charges
We quote and invoice in US dollars. Your bank may add a transfer fee or apply its own exchange rate — that charge is between you and your bank, and it is not part of our price.
