Making time & delivery
Every gown is cut after you order, so the timeline below starts on the day your deposit clears — not the day you first write to us.
Timeline
Cutting and construction take 8-12 weeks. International shipping adds 3–7 days. We recommend ordering at least four months before the wedding: that leaves room for a local alteration in the final weeks, which almost every bride wants even when the fit is right.
How it ships
By tracked international courier, boxed flat with the structure supported so the gown arrives without set-in creases. You get the tracking number the day it leaves the atelier. Someone must be present to sign.
Import duties and taxes
Duties, VAT or GST charged when the parcel enters your country are paid by you, not by us. This is the normal arrangement for international orders. Rates differ by country and by declared value, so check your own customs rules before ordering — we would rather you knew the number in advance than discovered it at the door.
If we run late
We tell you as soon as we know, not when the date passes. If a delay is our fault and puts your wedding at risk, we pay for expedited shipping. Delays caused by customs or courier are outside our control, which is the real reason we ask you to order four months out.
Where we ship
Worldwide. Most of our overseas brides are in the United States, Australia, Canada and Western Europe, and we ship to Asian markets regularly.
